We know the process can feel complicated and frustrating and we're here to make it as easy and efficient as possible.

We're here to help! 

We would be delighted to help you with this process. We have a HIPAA compliant questionnaire (click or tap the box below!). This questionnaire comes to our team and our team only and is not affiliated with Medicare.gov or the Medicare program. Submitting a questionnaire does not obligate you to anything, but will give Mark the pertinent information to help you decide what your next steps are and what extra Medicare programs might be the best fit for you and your budget. 

After you submit the questionnaire, our team will reach out with your next steps (generally within 2-3 business days), including scheduling your phone or Zoom appointment with Mark for a review of your questionnaire to discuss your Medicare options. Please note that with current technologies and efficiencies all Medicare appointments are held virtually, either by phone or Zoom. We have found that most people prefer this as it saves time, however we understand occasionally someone will prefer in-person, in which case we can help direct you to someone who offers in-person.
